Programs
Since its creation in 2005, the French Red Cross has conducted some thirty international or regional cooperation programs in 15 Caribbean countries and territories.
These field programs, implemented in cooperation with the Caribbean Red Cross, have covered the entire cycle of crisis and disaster management: risk prevention, capacity building of emergency actors to respond to disasters on their territory, post-emergency reconstruction and strengthening the resilience of populations.
These programs have addressed the major issues that characterize the Caribbean region: natural hazards and health crises.
